In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, customers within the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
All returned dance‑shoes must be brand‑new and unworn. Soles shall be free of scratches and dirt, with all original tags intact. Shoes with worn soles will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For size‑exchange requests caused by wrong size selection by the buyer: Buyer covers the shipping cost to send goods back to our warehouse.
Only for your very first order: if you need to exchange due to wrong shoe‑size choice, we will cover the shipping fee for resending the new pair.
For any further exchanges or repeat‑order exchanges, all shipping fees in both directions shall be covered by the buyer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
